Demo Day Terms and Conditions

(For users and vendors/startup owners)

Welcome! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the “AI For Real Demo Day” platform (the service) provided by online community AI For Real owned by New Age Content Services LLP, and the participation by vendors.startup owners/developers/companies in our listings and affiliate program (the “Program”). The service is just a facilitator that helps connect users with demonstrations of innovative AI products, services and solutions offered by third-party developers, companies and startups, either by way of buying space to showcase their products (“Vendors) or through affiliate programs (Affiliates). By accessing or using this service, users, vendors and affiliates agree to be bound by these Terms.

FOR USERS

There are two ways product demos are listed on AI For Real Demo Day; either by the vendor buying space or via an affiliate marketing program. arrangement between AI For Real and the participating vendor.

1. Eligibility

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Affiliate Marketing

The service promotes AI products and solutions developed by Affiliates. We may provide you with coupon codes for these products. We earn a commission from Affiliates for qualified sales generated through our affiliate links.

3. Disclosures

We understand transparency is important. We clearly disclose on every page with affiliate links that we are a participant in affiliate programs and may earn commissions on qualifying purchases.

4. User Content

You may submit comments, reviews, or other content (“User Content”) to the service. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, publish, and translate your User Content on the service and associated marketing materials.

FOR VENDORS

Vendors/Startup owners/SMBs and companies of AI products, services, solutions, etc (Vendors) agree to explicitly buy space for a limited number of days on the AI For Real Demo Day website to demo their offerings. They have agreed to the fact that there shall be no refund to this amount under any circumstances.

The Vendors indemnify AI For Real, its holding company New Age Content Services LLP against any misleading statements/claims made, or malfunction of their product/offerings or non-delivery of the same to their purchasers.

What is AI for Real Demo Day?

This platform offers AI developers the opportunity to showcase their groundbreaking AI solutions, products, and services to a vast audience through live demonstrations. Demo Day provides a space to explain your creation in detail, allowing you to connect with potential users and gain valuable exposure.

By participating, you (vendors) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Demo Submission:

  • You are responsible for providing all demo materials, including the demo itself and any accompanying visuals (thumbnails, slides, etc.).
  • Accepted formats include: PDF, explanatory video, Slideshare, or other web-friendly formats.
  • The maximum demo runtime is 300 seconds (5 minutes).
  • You are also responsible to check the copyrights of the submitted demo.

2. Demo Content:

  • Your demo should offer a clear, step-by-step explanation of how your AI solution, product, or service works.
  • You are encouraged to highlight the real-world applications and potential impact of your creation.

3. Ownership and Rights:

  • You retain all ownership rights to your demo and any intellectual property associated with it.
  • By participating, you grant AI For Real a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your demo materials for promotional purposes related to AI for Real Demo Day.

4. Disclaimer:

  • AI For Real is not responsible for the content of your demo or any claims made within it.
  • We reserve the right to reject demos deemed inappropriate or irrelevant to the theme of AI for Real Demo Day.

5. Participation:

  • By participating, you consent to your company name and logo being displayed alongside your demo on the AI For Real Demo Day website and promotional materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI For Real Demo Day, AI For Real and New Age Content Services LLP disclaim all liability for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, or any Affiliate product or service.

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the service for any reason, at any time, without notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Mumbai court, India.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
